This place is top notch! Had so much fun. Would definitely recommend it and come back again. The staff were super friendly and patient with us.

Not honouring their coupons! We bought 4 packets of the coupon books that were raising funds for the fire stations. It holds coupon in there for a free hour of standard be time. We went in about a week or so ago to use them, and they said we could t use them unless we waited more than an hour etc. (we came all the way from spruce grove to try this place). Having a handful of kids with me and not wanting to wait an hour, they said we could play right away if we paid, a different not standard version. So we did. They said if I called ahead and made reservations then they would be able to accept the coupons. So today, I called when they opened, and they said they could book us in. Once I told them I had the coupons they said “what kind”, I read word for word what the coupon said and they said they would only take 1, not all 4 because it says 1 per customer per visit. I explained there are 4 kids so 4 customers. He said no only the person booking it is the customer. I found this extremely odd, because the launchpad honoured their coupons that said the exact same thing, and so did laser city. But this place refuses to honour their coupons. Very poor service, very disappointing. I will likely not purchase these coupon books going forward if they just allow scammers in them. I do not recommend this place, but I do highly recommend the launch pad and laser city for your family fun days with kids, great service and loads of fun at both those other places.

A really great time, we went 2 days in a row. Perfect for a mother daughter date followed up with a family fun day! I love that you can book online, and any questions you have they have a live chat with A REAL HUMAN ACTUALLY THERE AT THE STORE! (During their hours of operation, but they are quick to respond and super helpful. They make the whole experience awesome and help you with any issues you may have. We've tried a few different VR places in different cities too and this place is by far our favorite, and my daughter can't wait to book her birthday party there. Also they offer military discount, which was incredible. I highly recommend you check this place out for your next fun time be it family or corporate team building, you won't be disappointed!

Kids enjoyed it. Facility was very clean. Good menu of various levels of games and escape challenges. Did not encounter any glitches or interruptions. They were very patient with us in answering, explaining and teaching the kids.

What an amazing experience for my kids! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The guy at the front monitors all gameplay and is right on it when someone calls for help. Great experience for a party! I’m definitely getting a group together to do the Escape Rooms!
