It, technically, is handicapped accessible but not practically. If you are using the basement arena, there are a lot of stairs down and then into the stands. There is a chair lift but you need to find an employee to get the key, figure out how to use it, then get into the arena where there are more stairs but no lift. Not sure how you get out again. Too much hassle. If you can, it is easier to use the stairs slowly and hang on to the railing. Once you get into the arena, you will have to climb a few more steps to get a seat.

Kids indoor lacrose season! Wish there was an indoor play area for kids not in sports! Otherwise, a a great space held for sports events!

Well kept, clean facility with skate sharpening services on sight. Ice is in great shape and the stands are warm. Haven't had a chance to try the concession yet, but look forward to it

Both the elevator and stair lift are broken. People who have mobility concerns are being asked to walk around to the opposite side of the building and encouraged to walk through the daycare center to access the rec-center. Unable to access washrooms.
