My favourite trail in the city’s river valley. You can easily spend a few hours wandering the well maintained trail. In the summer lots of birds. If you are lucky might even see a few deer. Nice clean public washroom. Parking is an issue on weekends.

and welcoming park. We often come here to relax with our family and always enjoy our time. It’s a wonderful place for walking, enjoying nature, and taking in the scenic views along the river. A special thank you to the founders, management, and everyone who helps care for this park. We truly appreciate your hard work, dedication, and commitment to creating such a comfortable and enjoyable place for the community. We hope the park continues to grow and improve every year, with more playgrounds, recreational areas, and interesting attractions for visitors to enjoy. Wishing this wonderful park continued success and development for many years to come. Highly recommended! 🌳🌞

Great trails for walking, running, hanging out. At bit icy today, March 14, but if you take care, it is passable.

Whitemud Park is larger than I could have imagined. People can enjoy the view of the North Saskatchewan River Valley here. There are multiple trails for walking and hiking, allowing people to choose different trails based on their fitness levels. We came here in the summer, and some people were walking with their dogs that day. We also came across squirrels. It was very pleasant.

Keep exploring
