7 Days Auto Edmonton

Fr: I had a vehicle accident and I had no solution to repair my car because my insurance did not cover its damage, I went to 7 Days auto and I showed them the images to find out if they could repair my car with all the despair that I had the manager told me yes it was a small job for them. They fixed my car in 23 days and today as I speak to you, it drives so well like it was a nephew 👌🏼. They know their work and they offer an affordable price.

I had a very disappointing experience with this mechanic. He was vulgar and unprofessional from the moment I arrived. There is no receptionist or proper customer service, and it was almost impossible to get clear communication or even basic respect. The attitude alone made me uncomfortable, and the service was far below acceptable standards. I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone. Save your time, and take your vehicle somewhere that treats customers properly. Do not deserve one star, but unfortunately, I have to give at least one star to submit the review.

I booked an appointment on Saturday November 8th to get a front end wheel alignment on november 9th and I when i went in they told me to come back on Monday. Even tho I had an appointment. Thier door was blocked by a big green bin that is very hazardous. And there was no one at the front . They all like to talk over you when trying to explain or say something. And non of them can speak proper English.

I took my vehicle with a sound issue. He diagnosed it in 5 minute and fixed the issue professionally without charging me leg and arms. A Great, professional, honest mechanic I have ever seen in my life. 200% Recommended May Allah bless you with more and you keep working with this honesty.

Needed a hand seating a bead on a tire. They got it done no problem!
