I had the misfortune of dealing with a mechanic named Ali at this shop, and it was genuinely the worst automotive experience I have ever had. To put it bluntly, Ali does not know anything about cars. It became clear very quickly that he lacks even a basic fundamental understanding of how vehicles operate. He misdiagnosed my initial issue completely, and when I questioned him about it, he couldn’t explain his reasoning without tripping over his own words. Worse than the complete lack of mechanical knowledge is his atrocious attitude. He is incredibly arrogant, dismissive, and hostile. If you ask a simple question to clarify what he is doing, he gets defensive and rude. He treats customers like they are an inconvenience, rather than the people paying his salary. I brought my car in for a small issue, and when I got it back, it was in significantly worse condition than when I dropped it off. I now have new problems that weren't there before, which I am going to have to pay another, competent mechanic to fix. Do not trust this man with your vehicle. He will break it, charge you for it, and then yell at you when you complain. Save your money and your sanity and go somewhere else.

Title: Unpleasant Experience with Tire Replacement Service Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience at this workshop. When I came in for a tire replacement, I noticed that the rims of my car were damaged on all four sides. Additionally, the behavior of one of the staff members was very disrespectful, and they refused to take any responsibility for the damage caused to my vehicle. Even after scheduling an appointment with one of your team members and returning on Saturday, my issue was completely ignored, and no action was taken to address the damage. I would recommend other customers to avoid using this workshop for tire replacements or any other services

I asked them to repair my dodge journey, and they just make it worst. The only problem of my car was the lock and unlock button, they're not working. But they destroyed my whole system and dashboard. Now it says hot oil and lots of different engine error. They are not professional they told me to call me back coz they want to repair it further. But they didn't. I don't trust them. I hope you don't get scam as well.

Owner is very nice. I stopped by to get the tire check. They didn't charged me anything. Even though they totally open the tire and put in back.. I would definitely go to this shop again.. Boss is very nice, her way of dealing is very kind.. (Honda Civic, June 2025)
