I never write google reviews, but I felt compelled to today. Absolutely incredible customer service. I came in 2 minutes before they were supposed close on a Saturday with an alternator needing a replacement and they were able to not only diagnose the issue and find a part, but also repair it on the same night, and offer a discounted rate on top of everything! I can’t say enough how much I appreciate them going the extra mile, as I need to drive to Calgary in the morning, and virtually no mechanics are open on a Sunday. Absolutely lifesaving, genuinely would recommend to anyone

I declined the repair because the estimate was extremely high. I already understood the issue and brought the correct parts, yet they still charged me for a “diagnosis” they didn’t perform. No work was done, but I was still billed.Harry was excellent back when he worked from his home garage, but now it seems the shop overhead has changed things. They don’t take responsibility for errors and rely on excuses to justify unnecessary charges. The experience felt more like a money grab than honest service.
