Crosstown Autobody

Crosstown Auto Body in Edmonton ‘s west end restored my 2020 Hyundai Kona to like - new condition following a traumatic rear end collision . I’m very pleased with the customer service provided by office personnel , and the care the body guys took to do the work . Highly recommended .

I’ve unfortunately been in three not-at-fault accidents, and every time I’ve brought my vehicle here for repairs. That alone probably says a lot. The team is always friendly and professional, and Anita in particular brings such great energy to every interaction. They’re straightforward, don’t cut corners, and are honest about what needs to be done. I feel completely confident leaving my vehicle in their hands. And while I’d prefer not to test this again, if I ever find myself in another accident, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Excellent service! Brought my car in to get the hatch door repaired and a new windshield installed. They did a flawless job, the turnaround time was great, and the communication was top-notch from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We had our vehicle repaired at cross town three times now for different reasons. Nelson, Joey, and Anita were really great people to deal with. They were super friendly, communicative and went over and above to meet all of our satisfactory needs. I highly recommend this collision center
