Herbers did a fantastic job on my car. They actually detailed the inside and outside of the car as well! It looked new at 8 yrs old! Highly recommend. Fast service as well!

In March of 2026, A deer and my car met and it ended horribly for both. My insurance company and I worked with Herbers. The technicians are thorough. I was impressed! The lady who I dealt with specifically was Arianna. She is pleasant, knowledgeable and answered my questions. She is an asset to Herbers! This is where I will take my vehicle insurance related or not.

I went to two other body shops before. One didn’t accept to repair and the second one gave a sky high estimate. Finally I went to CSN Herbers Leduc and their estimate was very reasonable and it was quickly approved by the insurance company. The staff were really helpful and I should specifically mention about Ariana. She was giving an excellent service from my first visit. Explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. They finished the repair before the promised date and the repair was great. I don’t have any complaints about it. I already recommended them to people I know. Great service!

I had to travel hone from Mexico for a family matter and managed to hit a deer 10 minutes after getting my wife's Honda Pilot out of storage. CSN Herbers in Leduc were awesome - I was able to limp our vehicle in and they took custody of it right away. They stayed in constant contact during the image appraisal process. They managed to push back against the insurance demand to use non OEM parts as several key parts were not suitable. They completed most of the work very quickly even though the damage was extensive. Completion of the work was delayed due to parts backorder. I had to return to Mexico and they kept me up to date on the process. Once the repairs were completed they agreed to retain custody of our vehicle until our return from Mexico. All of the staff were friendly and easy to deal with. I would definitely use them again in the future if needed.
