Amazing above and beyond service! With no charge!! I went in with a rock chip that had developed into an ever-increasing crack across my windshield. I had tried unsuccessfully for a couple of days to reach my coverage company I paid for through Ford. I didn't want the crack to grow so took a chance and went directly to GlassMasters. I remembered using them last year through the coverall program and they were really great then. This time though, was even better. Insert superlative here. As soon as I walked in they were welcoming, supportive and provided immediate service. They took my car and drilled the crack to stop it spreading. They sympathized that I couldn't get help earlier and said there would be NO CHARGE. I almost wanted to cry after being so frustrated with the situation and not being able to get help. I do understand that the coverage company was overwhelmed with the volume of calls, and the GlassMasters guys were quick to point out that was not the norm and they were happy to step in. Very professional. To top it off when they brought my car around, one of the front office "Jamies" - little joke apparently most of them have that name - went out and cleaned the windshield again as there was a spot. The whole experience was exceptional and I can not recommend this shop enough. THANK YOU!!!

Our company has been using glassmasters for the past few years. We will continue to use them. They offer fast reliable service. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Pricing is very affordable, and the technicians are exceptional. We typically have them come out to our shop for mobile windshield install and rock chip repair. They have built a very good relationship with our company and do not disappoint.

I have been treated so well by GlassMasters staff both times I've been there. They are efficient, friendly, personable and welcoming. Plenty of chairs to relax in if you choose to stay and wait. And free coffee is provided! Omar was excellent to deal with and all the others were happy as they went about their work. It was clear that they enjoy their jobs. Prices are not over the top and my window was replaced quickly. No complaints here.

GlassMasters has some actual top tier service. Not only did they have replacement glass for my old vehicle in stock which was surprising, (2003 4Runner), but they were able to get it in and done within a week. During the replacement, one of the door lock mechanisms broke and my door no longer locked, but I gave them a call and they immediately took responsibility, scheduled me in to get it fixed and didn't charge me a penny for the fix. I can't say enough good things about this place, the guys really took good care of me. I'll be back anytime I need glass replaced or fixed, they really earned my business for life. Highly recommend!
