Grayson Mobile Mechanic

A wheel on my custom built trailer came off. The bearings were replaced and the wheel, hub, and owner are all happily on the go again. Trace G Edmonton.

We contacted him at 8:30 in the morning for an a/c recharge on a GMC Acadia. He said he’d be here in an hour. We didn’t hear from him until 10:05 when he told us he’d be 15 minutes. At 11:15 we finally messaged him not to bother coming at all. He showed up a few minutes after that saying “well I’m here now if you still want me to do it” - no apology, no explanation. The morning was already gone! We have things to do. The only reason we were making arrangements with him is because he gave us a timeframe that worked better than bringing it into a shop. Then he didn’t show up until almost two hours after he initially said he would. We should have just gone to Fountain Tire. Edit to respond to owner: Thank you for the apology. I had to make alternate arrangements for my children while waiting for you. From one small business owner to another, good communication is a skill that is invaluable. Good Luck!

Simply the best!! I was very impressed by how professional and skilled Chris is.i truly loved how he quickly came to replace my starter on the same day and didn't charge me a lot.i will certainly recommend you!!

Gotta say from initial contact to completion to work performed, they did a great job. Responded quickly, arrived same day, got right to work testing my charging system, promptly went and got the required parts, came back and completed in good time. very happy with the result. Will be using them again and would highly recommend. Thanks Chris

They were a tad late. No biggie. They were quick and knowledgeable. Has me fixed up in no time. Saved me a few bucks on parts I didn’t need. Price was bit high but hey ya pay for the mobility
