I’ve had an amazing experience with InstaMek since I got my membership. Grant has been my mobile mechanic a few times already and he’s consistently efficient and always quick to get the job done right. He is fantastic!! What really stands out about instaMek is how easy it is to coordinate with them, my schedule varies quite a bit and can get busy but they are super flexible and makes scheduling stress-free and the best part is they’ll go to your location! I highly recommend instaMek if you want trustworthy, reliable service! 10/10

I booked a pre-purchase inspection, and Grant was assigned to my request. Since I couldn't be there in person, it was a long-distance inspection. Grant arrived on time, called to let me know he had arrived at the property, and contacted me again once the inspection was complete. I promptly received a detailed and comprehensive inspection report. Thank you, Grant, for your professionalism, excellent communication, and thorough work. Your attention to detail and reliability made the entire process smooth and gave me confidence in my purchase decision. Highly recommended!

I was buying a used car on Facebook this week and thought I would try a mobile mechanic for the pre-purchase inspection to make the coordination easier. I was able to book the appointment online for a 2 hour time slot the next day with the mechanic going to the seller's work location - the experience was AMAZING. Grant was phenomenal. He gave me a phone call when he was done the inspection and it was like if your best friend is a mechanic and had all your best interests to protect you when buying a used vehicle. The inspection detail was great. The advice was excellent. They did not try to sell me on any maintenance. They were punctual. Even though the inspection is $250, it is worth every penny for the level of service and nobody having to coordinate drop off and pickup at a mechanics shop being without a car all day. Thank you so much Grant!

Kyle provided excellent service from start to finish. He was professional, polite, and very thorough in his work. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered my questions. I appreciated that he continued working despite the rain and still completed the job efficiently. It's clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. I would highly recommend Kyle to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and hardworking mechanic!
