Lube City

The guys were fast, friendly and knowledgeable. They filled my tires, didn’t push a bunch of stuff on me and I was in and out. Bonus is they also are cheaper than the other oil change place in Beaumont. Will go there from now on

Showed up on Boxing Day with a few concerns in regards to my car. (Battery life, fluid lvls, overdue on the oil change..) There were 2 guys there, I believe one of them was James? Anyway, they were both awesome and super helpful. I realized while waiting that they also offered tires and I’ve been needing to get new winters. They took the time to help me figure out what tire size would work best for the rims I had and what they had available within my budget. They were able to get the tires in a few days later and installed them that same day! I was super impressed with their customer service and I’ve been pleased with the work they did! Thanks again! I’ll be back :)

I love this place. They check everything fully. I bring all 3 of my work vehicles and my one personal vehicle here. They don’t push anything just make sure you’re aware of issues and fix them if needed.

Just wanted to share the help I received from Allan, Ralph and Kiwi who took the time to diagnose and set up a temporary fix for a gas flap that wouldn't open. They also were kind enough to take a look at my fan belt for the air conditioner which was making lots of odd noises, and even took off the glove compartment and made serious attempts to drop the housing and remove it to take out the debris that was stuck in there! Good, honest, decent people work here, and I'll be coming back to get some oil changes. Thanks guys for your generosity and decency!

Best experienced and great customer service. The guy who assisted me during the oil changed is knowledgeable and very accommodating! I forgot his name but the service was made on 1/22/26 at 5:43pm.
