Master Mechanic West Edmonton

It's been a very long time since I did a review for an automotive shop. I, by chance, did a Google Search and found this mechanical Gem, hidden in amongst the thousands of automotive shops in Edmonton Alberta... the very first call that I made, through to the pickup after my vehicle was finished; I was kept in the loop every step of the way. Communication with the software that they use is absolutely fantastic customer service super friendly, mechanic was awesome very thorough and drew attention to things that needed to be addressed without taking advantage of me. I would highly recommend this mechanical shop to any of my closest friends and family, the price was right the service was wonderful and the work was impeccable. My Toyota 4Runner and I want to say thank you to Master Mechanic.

Very happy with the service I received. The team was professional, explained the repairs clearly, and didn't try to upsell unnecessary work. The prices were reasonable, and my car has been running perfectly since. Highly recommend this shop.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Master Mechanic. The team was professional, honest, and efficient from start to finish. They took the time to explain the repairs clearly, provided fair pricing, and completed the work on time. It's refreshing to find a shop that values customer service and quality workmanship. My vehicle is running great, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Master Mechanic to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy automotive service. Thanks again for the excellent work!

I had a great experience with Amit at Master Mechanic. Very professional and willing to work with my situation. Didn't over charge and what I thought was the problem wasn't and so figured it out and did only the work that needed to be done. I will definitely be back with ANY issues with my vehicles and send my friends and family there as well. Thank you

The best experience I’ve had with an auto repair shop. The team went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle is ready for the new season. I was able to book an appointment the same day, and the service was completed very quickly. The prices were very reasonable as well and you can tell that the staff care about their customers. I cannot recommend this business highly enough.
