McMillan Mechanical Ltd.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt like this place really deserves one. I’ve been bringing my car here for a while now, and every single experience has been solid. They’re honest about what actually needs to be fixed (which is rare), and they take the time to explain things in a way that makes sense if you’re not super car savvy. What really stood out to me is that they’ve never tried to upsell me or push unnecessary work. A couple of times I came in expecting a big repair bill, and they ended up fixing something minor or telling me it could wait. That kind of honesty builds a lot of trust. The work itself has always been reliable, and my car runs noticeably better after each visit. They’re also pretty quick and good at communicating timelines, so you’re not left wondering what’s going on. Overall, just a great, trustworthy mechanic. Hard to find shops like this these days definitely recommend. Gordon Mcmillan and his team are and by far the best in town and around the tri region!

Five stars! Took a tri-axle water truck to McMillan Mechanical, and we couldn’t be happier with the service! From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They know their way around heavy-duty repairs and handled everything with care. It’s great to have a reliable shop like McMillan to keep equipment running smoothly. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of expert repairs!

Great response time over the phone and in person were amazing to deal with even though we weren’t able to fix the issue due to no fault of their own. He was very fair with his pricing and even gave me an option of recovery if required my team will definitely be using it going forward. Cheers

Steve is fantastic, no BS. Actually does what is required when servicing my car and fixing faults. 11/10

McMillan Mechanical has always offered great customer service and been extremely honest to deal with. Between diagnostics and the quality of work they provide I would recommend them to anyone! Especially since they literally do it all (heavy duty and automotive).
