I’ve been to Park Muffler three times now, and honestly they never disappoint. Ali took really good care of me each time and made sure everything was done right from start to finish. The customer service here is top-notch—they actually take the time to explain things and make sure you’re comfortable with the work being done. The welding on my car turned out amazing, super clean and solid work. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, but these guys definitely earned it. I keep coming back for a reason. I went to Park Muffler to have the transmission in my 2013 Jeep looked at while I was having the vehicle tuned by Chris. I did not have an appointment and was in a difficult situation because the transmission was only operating in one gear. Even though the shop was extremely busy, Eugene told me that he could not make any promises but would see what they could do. Within approximately 45 minutes, a technician had already started looking at my Jeep. While I was waiting, another gentleman asked whether I was being helped. I told him I was and that I was waiting for my Jeep. He immediately knew which vehicle I was referring to and said, “Yes, the 2013 Jeep. The technician is looking at it now, and I will give you an update shortly.” He introduced himself, but unfortunately I do not remember his name. After looking at the business cards, I realized he was the General Manager. I was extremely impressed that, in a shop of that size, other members of the team knew what was happening with my vehicle. The level of communication and organization they demonstrated was exceptional. Before that day, I had never heard of Park Muffler. I was a brand-new customer with no previous history who had simply walked in without an appointment, yet they still made every effort to help me. In the end, they fixed the issue and got everything working exactly as it should. I cannot say enough good things about the service, communication, and professionalism I experienced. I will definitely be back, and anyone reading this should consider giving Park Muffler a try as well.

Park Muffler really is the best place around for any exhaust modification. They take the time to walk you through everything, customize your choices and ensure everything is done exactly to your liking. I brought my Ford F150 XLT in for a muffler delete and exhaust system modification. Walked me through my different options and let me sound test the performance muffler and I ended up going with a Flowmaster Super 10. The work was phenomenal, the truck is loud (in a good way, not raspy. It’s a deep growl) and they even welded on a nice blacked out exhaust tip. Hi everyone, I just wanted to tell everyone another successful visit for a new muffler system on my 1990 Chev half ton. I called the day prior to setup an appointment, I was scheduled for 9:00am and my truck was in before 9:00 as promised. They accessed the job gave an estimated within the first half hour. I approved the work and they started working. They estimated 2.5hrs for the work. They were done in 2hrs total. While waiting I was chatting with the worker at the desk and he mentioned that Ed was still the owner operator of the business, I was so surprised. Then Ed came walking out and recognized me right away. We chatted for a bit, it was so nice to see Ed. I’ve been bringing cars there since 1979 getting custom exhaust work done, never ever been disappointed, not once. I was so happy to see Ed again and to know that he’s doing so well, I just had to go and get a gift card from Dennie’s for a $25.00 breakfast. At the end while I was paying for the work I presented Ed with the gift card, I sincerely thanked him for providing such good service to me for so many years. Ed & I shook hands and he gave me a hug thanking me. Anyone looking for any kind of auto work, custom exhaust, sound systems, custom parts for trucks, windshields and for all routine maintenance needs. This is the place to go. I had a part hanging under my vehicle near the end of the day and stopped by Park Muffler to get it checked out. They got me in right away, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it immediately. Because it was a quick fix, they didn’t even charge me. Incredible honesty and amazing customer care—they made sure I was safe to drive home. I can't thank them enough!
