I’ve brought my vehicle in twice so far to Rick’s Auto, and have appreciated their great work and customer service in both cases. They seemed to be booked up in advance quite a lot, but with the quality work they do, it only makes sense why they receive so many customers. They stand by their work, and seem to fairly price the jobs they perform. Both times I paid a bit less than what they initially quoted me, which was a nice surprise. I’ll be taking my vehicle back to Ricks for as long as they are in business. I’d suggest them to anyone who’d ask me if I knew a good mechanic. I’m glad I found them myself.
I have been in the auto industry (parts and service ) for almost 30 years. I just want to say this is the Model of an honest family owned business. Fantastic people who truly care, very high quality of work and reasonable pricing. They will only recommend what’s required without trying to upsell you and even help prioritize work if needed. This is how all shops should run but sadly few do. As long as they are open they have mine and my families business. I give them 5 stars.
Great service. They were closed on Canada Day but Rick came in to work on my Nissan Titan and complete the work. Happily surprised when I was told Thursday morning that my truck was ready. Melissa was great to deal with as well and liked that my truck was twice referred to as “my baby”. Which it is. Keep up the good work.
Rick replaced the front struts and lower control arms of my Volvo. His quote was $800 under my regular service shop! Melissa at the front desk was friendly and helpful in explaining everything. I highly recommend them for any vehicle service.
Great service, never upsell on things you don’t need. Have been going to Rick’s for 25 plus years, never once have I been disappointed. They explain everything that was done, and forewarned of any upcoming issues that should be checked in the future
