Came from wpg to Edmonton and with in the last 2-3 hours to Edmonton in Saskatchewan our work truck windshield was completely cracked and super bad due to the wild wind on the high way 16 coming in came in the city next day we got our appointment and windshield fixed and had 5 star service all the employees here are super welcoming patient respectful and super positive when it comes to customer service I felt like my stress and issues where at peace so I wanna thank the amazing team and this location the manager Jesse and all the staff for staying busy and helping out the community if I could give this place 10 stars ⭐️ I would 💯

Even though I waited almost 45 minutes past my appointment time, I still wanted to leave a 5-star review because of the outstanding customer service. The gentleman at the front counter (cashier WEST S.) was juggling multiple walk ins, and non stop phone calls, yet he remained calm, professional and friendly the entire time. He never seemed flustered and made every customer feel acknowledged. It's not often you see that level of composure and dedication. His knowledge of the product was also admirable. The repair was completed well, and his exceptional customer service made the experience a positive one. I would definitely recommend Windshield Surgeon to anyone who asks.

Our family has purchased two windshields here (two different vehicles). They are reasonably priced, and I love their glass protection plan - I have used it to repair two rock-chips. The staff are kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They are easy to make an appointment with, and their service is fast and efficient. I will continue to go here for my auto-glass needs.
