The Mensroom in MAYFIELD CHATTERS

Let's put it this way. The only good hairdresser there is lavish. When I walked in as you're allowed walk-ins and appointments. I had a lady at the front desk. Asked me if it was an appointment or walk in. I'd say it's a walk-in and she says you have to make an appointment. Which didn't bother me. However, she was rude and the way she said it she didn't have a smile on face as if she didn't want to be there. And I almost walked out. Then I decided I'll give it a cherry. I had a lady hairdresser cut my hair left bald spots in my hair. Didn't even style it when she was done. It was the worst experience I have ever had. I did not bother to pay for this haircut because it was so bad I went somewhere else to get it done properly. In the midst of being upset about it. Never will I ever go back to the chatters. Worst experience I have ever had. On a side note, I asked for my beard to get trimmed and have it styled up nicely and buttoned up. And after seeing my hair fiasco I said no. Even though I was going to pay for one I decided not to and I'm glad I did not make that mistake.

A great experience! I was served by Larissa and she provides a fantastic hair cut. Very experienced, molding your hair to the shape of your head. The hot shave is very much worth the time as well! I have discovered my place at The Mensroom!

I have been to this salon for 3 times now, and I gotta admit that the staff is very friendly and skillful. Although the standard hair price isn't cheap, the service is great. However to optimize your experience here, you need to make sure you know exactly what type of hairstyle you want and should have a general good understanding of your own style and hair to make it worth while. In summary, if price isn't a concern, the Men's Room have shown me many of its qualities and I'm sure there's more to come the more you visit them.

This was my first time at The Mensroom, I was hesitant with getting a cut for the first time at a new spot.... I booked my appointment with Taylor. Right off the bat she was awesome, on point and confident with her craft. My hair looks awesome. Pretty sure it would piss my guy back home off, but I’m Extremely Happy I found this place, definitely recommend anyone to check it out and especially ask for Taylor. She will not disappoint! The Mensroom is my go-to place to get my haircut. I've tried other local upscale barber shops but found them very overated and expensive. To be honest, I am a bit picky when it comes to my hair but I felt really at ease the moment I walked in the door. Everyone is really friendly and warm without being fake. One of the many perks of the Mensroom is that you get a free cleanup trim within three weeks of your cut, so you look crisp in between full cuts. When you book ask for Kirsten, she's fantastic.
