The Pomped Moose Barbershop

We recently went to Pomped Moose for the first time with my two kids, and I truly can’t say enough good things about our experience. He was so patient, kind, and gentle with them—it made such a difference. Haircuts with kids can feel overwhelming sometimes, but he created such a calm, comfortable environment, and you can tell he genuinely cares. Also shout out to how absolutely CLEAN it is. Spotless. Tools and counters are completely disinfected in-between clients. What really stood out to me was how much time he took to explain my son’s hair. We’ve been told so many different things over the years and struggled to manage his cowlicks, but he walked me through exactly how to style it and what works best for his hair type. For the first time, it actually sits the way it’s supposed to instead of just popping back up. My husband also went to him recently and had an amazing experience—his hair & beard turned out so good! His pricing is a little on the higher side or average compared to some places, but it truly reflects the quality, care, and experience you get, there is zero comparison what's so ever. Husband & kids will definitely be coming back!!

Joshua is an absolute top shelf dude and barber. I was going to him before he opened this shop and my drive has more than doubled to keep seeing him now. It is, without a doubt, worth it. I would/do recommend him to anyone looking for a one off trim, or a consistent barber. He is very good at what he does, the space is welcoming. While this man is a barber, he will certainly be mine. Can not recommend highly enough.

Without doubt, Joshua is the best barber that I have seen in 14 years. This is the first time I actually got a haircut I asked for. His shop is immaculate and the music in the background is first class. His interpersonal skills are second to none. I highly recommend this barber. 10 outta 10 experience………Johnny Irish.

The best haircut I have ever had, Joshua takes pride in his work and truly has mastered his craft, he takes the time to personalize everything to give you the best possible outcome. I’ve been to countless other places and nobody else comes close. Couldn’t recommend him more highly!
