This place would have deserved a five star as the barbers do a good job. The greatest downside of their services is keeping to appointment time. When you give an estimated wait time on the website and someone decides to go for that time, then you also call to confirm a time, it means that the customer would plan their schedule around that time. When a customer comes around before their appointment time and having to wait so so long beyond your appointment time is very unprofessional. I would suggest that when appointment are made, that is given priority. If you have to confirm via calls with someone that has appointment if they will be making it before giving that slot to walk in customer would add a great deal of confidence to your service. I hope that there would be an improvement in the future in this regard

I brought my child with asd here for a trim just try somewhere new, it is so hard to find the right person to cut her hair. I cannot remember the womans name who cut her hair but she was super friendly and patient with my daugther and did a pretty good job considering my daughter couldn't sit still and kept constantly moving her head. I would go back just for the experience. They also had very comfortable seating and TV area and offered drinks which was nice. I'd go back just for the experience.

Overall, a very solid option that easily justifies their somewhat premium price point. The things that keep me coming back here are the first-in-class atmosphere, thorough and precise consultations, excellent service, and results that I encourage you to experience for yourself. Recently had a non-standard experience with what I assume to have been a newer employee, however the manager managed (as they do) to amend the situation and make things right, and I will definitely be returning in the future. Don't settle for less just because it's cheaper at Supercuts or whatever, every extra dollar goes the extra mile here. And they give you a free soda afterwards, which is also cool.

The girls here are top notch Absolutely the best in business. I’ve been to a number of Tommy Gunns locations and I can say with the utmost certainty DO NOT EVER WASTE MONEY OR TIME In th st.albert location the unprofessionalism of the manager and a few of the barbers if you wanna call them that is disgustingly and ridiculous. The expectation of a tip along with not willing to fix an area they messed up is ludicrous when it’s my money and my hair. The MANNING LOCATION was phenomenal these ladies have the utmost respect for their clients they keep it professional and friendly. They listen to their clients needs and accept if something is asked to do they actually do it and insist on a client leaving fully confident they paid for there service and were treated with above standards service and got what they actually paid for!! This manager at this location is incredibly personable and has a crew that’s untouched and unmatched in skill and professionalism. In all my 30 yrs of getting hair cuts from different barbers and shops and chains I’ve never been this impressed or happy to return and pay the amount they charge Thank you ladies for your unwavering unmatched ability to serve your clients and keep it so professional and friendly
