Stopped by Heo Bake after seeing they had just opened, and I’m glad I did. The Vietnamese iced coffee was smooth and flavorful, and the cakes were fresh and delicious. The café has a cozy vibe, and the staff were so kind and welcoming. Definitely a great new spot, and I’ll be back again! ☕🤍
Cute little bakery and cafe! I love the fusion Vietnamese taste, highly recommend the kumquat + salted plum jasmine tea. The cookies were to die for; they were soft and not too sweet.
Very clean, food was tasty and unique cookies we really enjoyed the seaweed cookie and the salted cheese yokie cookie. And the cakes and pandan drink are so delish.
Expect to pay premium prices here for both baked goods and handcrafted drinks, but they are well worth those prices. You can tell so much care is put into making each element and in using quality ingredients. I love the unique items offered by this little café which started as a home business. I've had the pandan latte, jasmine espresso latte, ube cake, pandan cake, pandan hot cross bun and enjoyed every item. Will 100% be back to try other things!
My fav coffee in Edmonton at this time 😊Such unique flavours. Just the perfect amount of sweetness. The pandan bun was also very delicious -loved the little mochi inside for texture. Staff are also very friendly
