Machi Machi West Edmonton Mall

Absolutely loved this place! I stopped by for a quick treat, and it did not disappoint. The drink itself was superb—incredibly tasty, perfectly balanced, and just hit the spot. On top of that, the packaging was great and mess-free, making it easy to carry around. The staff here are so sweet and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. This is definitely a perfect little spot to grab a small treat and hang out with friends and family. Highly recommend!💯✨

I love machi machi drinks and every weekend i make time to go there kinda a treat for myself. I love their puff too both chocolate and crème are really good, I have also tried most of their drinks and apparently they cook the chocolate for 6 hours so try the chocolate drinks as well. My absolute fav is Crème Brule black Milk tea! Also Thankyou to samba who grade so much effort to get me the punk cat my gift as a first 100 customer in their opening. All the staff their are really sweet especially their weekend staff I forgot her name but she is the sweetest 🤗 If you are reading the reviews try their drink, if you don’t you are missing a lot in your life So Try Crème Brule at least and you will fall in love like I did Have been a loyal customer over 2 years now 😍🫶🏻😇

Their matcha latte is the best!! The staff are super friendly-- they even gifted me a bag! Can't wait to try the rest of the menu

Came back on March 8 for their grand opening. A bit of a wait as there was a BOGO promo and free gifts being given to customers. I'd never been to a Machi Machi before, but really enjoyed their milk teas! Their menu advertises a lactose-free vegan powder used for their milk teas, which is rare for a bubble tea chain. They specialize in different teas, but also had slush/smoothie options at their opening. I can't stress this enough, but the staff did a great job during a busy opening as a couple of different customers were being difficult (one lady tried to hand pick her free gift, although it's stated they're given at random). I noticed they maintained their composure and were still friendly to customers during interactions! While I haven't been back since as it was during a rare trip to WEM, I'd return if at the mall in the future.

Delicious bubble tea and great service! The drinks were fresh, tasty, and perfectly sweet.
