These layered crepe cakes are a must try for anyone who loves desserts. I had the tiramisu cake and it was delicious, but I was so curious about all the different flavours that I will have to come back and try more. The cafe was quiet and peaceful to hang out in. They have espresso drinks along with all the specialty bubble teas, but I wish they had just plain black tea or green tea to sip with the dessert. The owner was very sweet and surprised me by making an Americano with orange Tang in it, and it was delicious. I think if the interior decor was made a bit more comfortable and trendy it would be one of the most popular cafes in town. I'm excited to try more of their cakes!

my go-to dessert place!! I come here at least twice a month and the desserts never fail to satisfy my cravings. I highly recommend the brown sugar grass jelly bowl and the taro grass jelly bowl! the owner is super nice and friendly:)

Visit: March 2025 Really love Asian desserts! So I was excited to try this place out! We got a few desserts (will have to go back to try the mille crepe cakes). Got the taro and red bean grass jelly bowl, but they ran out of taro and included some taro balls instead. I liked the dessert overall! My friends got the mango grass jelly bowl which was also nice, and the mango bubble waffle. I didn't like the mango bubble waffle as much, because the wafers they added to it had a very artificial taste and artificial sweetness that overthrew the overall taste of the waffle. It was also way too sweet for my liking Overall, a nice place to hangout with some good desserts! If they expanded on their dessert menu, would love to come back and try more!

✨SNOW BEAR CAFE - MILLE CREPES✨ 🏷️Name: Snow Bear Cafe 🏡Address: 10342 81 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T6E 1X3 AD Finding a spot that actually lives up to the hype is rare, but Snow Bear is a solid five stars for me. I finally stopped by the new location at Whyte Ave and it is exactly what the Edmonton dessert scene needed. It has that perfect vibe where you can actually enjoy treats that aren’t just sugar-bombs. The mille crepe series is the real deal! over 15 paper-thin layers of crepe and cream that just melt in your mouth. I tried the Matcha, and they are so light and fluffy it is almost dangerous. We also grabbed the previously viral pineapple egg bubble waffle because you can’t go wrong with a classic that is crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. If you are into more traditional stuff, the Taro Mochi Soup is a total comfort bowl, and the Rose Lychee cylindrical cake is almost too pretty to actually eat. The grass jelly soup is my favourite here! Highly recommend

Great place! Extremely charming staff and calm vibe around 8:30 pm, and got some of the best brown sugar boba i’ve ever had. it was almost like a caramel milk tea, and the chocolate milk one was great as well with a dark chocolate esque aftertaste. the pearls were perfectly balanced between soft and squishy. the cakes were tried were the rose lychee (at the staff’s behest, and i’m glad they told me to) and the black tea one. both were extremely light and fluffy and surprisingly filling. they were gorgeous with perfect layers of whipped cream and crepes. the flavours were extremely strong, so anybody who appreciates a light dessert and floral/fruit flavours would definitely love it. overall an extremely pleasant experience and a definite hidden gem! the pricing was great for the drinks which were high quality and of a good size, though the cakes were rather pricey. still, i think it was very worth it and would recommend it to anybody who enjoys desserts and great drinks!
