Visit: April 2026 Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Came for some cheesecake and it was really good! Had the turtles cheesecake and lemon raspberry cheesecake. The turtles was definitely the favourite, and the lemon raspberry was good too. But there was a bit of an off, maybe artificial taste to the lemon raspberry that threw it off a bit. Otherwise, it's nice to see a great selection of cheesecakes to try!
Spruce Grove is blessed to have this gem… delicious meals with good portions and of course the amazing cheesecake for dessert, with prices comparable to other typical chain restaurants aroun. We enjoy our experiences here and have always had top notch service, too. Definitely recommended.
Went here with friends after not going to one in so many years. Brought a bit of nostalgia as this used to be a popular spot in my pre-teen/teen era. The cheesecakes on display look great and food was delicious. I ate the lettuce wrap that was with chicken, peanuts, carrots, edamame and red onions in a nice peanut sauce on a bed of fried wonton strips. Served with a few pieces of romaine lettuce. It could have definitely used a bit more lettuce but it was still very tasty. I was also randomly craving mashed potatoes with gravy. The potatoes were great but the gravy didn’t do it for me. It was almost too salty. Hard to describe but I’m not really a gravy person, so maybe my preference shouldn’t be considered lol My friends ordered an Alfredo pasta with cavatappi noodles, fish tacos with a caesar salad and a beef burger with chips. Everything was tasty and well prepared. My drink was a seltzer with a dash of 7up and berry burst flavour. I honestly could have done without the 7up as the flavouring alone was suffice. By the time it was dessert, we were too full and we took it go. German chocolate was delicious! I wish I’d taken a photo lol I would definitely go back! Parking is plentiful but I would definitely consider making reservations for Friday, Saturday and Sundays. Staff was great. 7pm and onward is a good time to beat the rush and enjoy the ambiance and get a seat . Thanks for having us! We will be back!
The Cheesecake Cafe never disappoints! From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making us feel right at home. The service was outstanding from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious—everything was fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. And of course, the cheesecake was the perfect way to end an already fantastic meal! It’s such a wonderful spot for lunch, dinner, or a special treat. Amazing food, exceptional staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back again soon!
The server (I wish I had gotten his name, lovely hair, handsome, nice glasses) was fantastic and funny / accomodating. The food is top tier, desserts had many options including homemade wagonwheels which made my millennial heart happy. First time coming and it will not be the last.
