This tearoom is one of the most visually stunning spaces I’ve been in! From the moment you walk in, you’re surrounded by lush greenery, chandeliers, and cozy seating. The food is made fresh daily, and the Italian focaccia and key lime pie are to die for. What really makes this place special though, is the people. The staff are genuinely kind, welcoming, and attentive, making you feel right at home.
A Morning Without Tea Is Like A Night Without Stars (IG@theivysp) Love how spacious and aesthetic the place is. Pricing was very affordable. Love the $5 cinnamon roll (get the icing and ask for heating up) The stairs are decor only because there's a daycare upstairs (best to have some me time after dropping off the kids) Inside Savona Centre 🅿️ Free 2hr Heated underground Parking. Elevator straight to the cafe without walking outside ⏰ Mon-Fri 7am-8pm Sat 8:30-8pm Sun 8:30-6pm They serve Soup| Sandwiches| charcuterie board ($32 for a small board like in the picture) but they also offer takeout which is cheaper
Gorgeous new spot in Sherwood with a variety of food and drinks. Pastries are delicious, and the space is beautiful. Sadly, customer service is inconsistent. I had someone tell me they didn’t have menu’s at the counter and I had to get it at the front and bring it to the counter. Tessa the barista is very nice and lovely to speak with. Overall great spot, but could use some improvement.
I had such a wonderful experience at The Ivy Tea Room & Bakery. The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful cozy, comfortable, and truly feels like home. It’s one of those places where you get so comfortable you never want to leave. The desserts were amazing, the customer service was exceptional, and every detail made the experience feel warm and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and charming spot to enjoy tea and treats.
We had lunch on a Friday, arriving about 11:30. It’s a big venue, but wasn’t crowded. Seating is mainly of two types – armchairs and tables in 2-4 seating arrangements, and standard restaurant tables/chairs (being mainly in 4-person sets). Some seats are in small alcoves! A great mix overall. The place is very well decorated. It’s set up for ordering at either a front or rear station if you’re ordering to-go. The wallpaper is great. The four unisex washrooms are clean, neat and worthy of mention! Our server was prompt, very friendly and professional. Customer interaction was great. Before leaving the owner stopped by to say hello. Again, interaction was outstanding. For drinks we had two flat whites, a butter tart latte, and a cappuccino. Eats were a scone, a turkey-bacon sandwich and two mushroom soups. Our sandwiches, pastry, and drinks were great. Two of us had the mushroom soup. It was also very good, albeit fully seasoned from the get-go (check for taste before adding more S&P!) Shortcomings?....not really, although S&P weren’t on the table ... and since they’re just opening they’re still awaiting larger spoons (our soup was served with teaspoons for eating). Minor glitches for the first days of what we think is a first class venue. We can very highly recommend the Ivy Tea Room and Bakery for a wonderful drinking and/or eating experience in Sherwood Park. You will not be disappointed. NOTE: Other pics added on 'generic' Google Maps info.
