I had a bad experience at this meat shop. There was no price list displayed, which made it uncomfortable to order. When I asked for the price of other meat, the staff member was rude and discussed and commented in his own language. One staff member treated me rudely, as if I was asking for food for free. At the same time, he was very nice to another customer who was speaking his language. This made me feel disrespected. Customers should not be treated differently based on language. I bought ribs and other boneless meat. The ribs were okay, but the boneless meat was very rubbery. It was not edible, and we had to throw it in the garbage. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. Better customer service and clear pricing are needed.

Good meet and price. We love hard beef and the store has it. It's very difficult to find hard beef in Edmonton.

We bought 6 kg of beef from here on Friday for a birthday party on Saturday. Unfortunately, everyone who ate the beef experienced stomach upset. While checking with others, we found that a friend who hosted a different party for another group, using beef from the same source, also had guests with similar issues. Interestingly, those who didn’t eat beef were not affected. This is a serious matter that needs urgent attention rather than dismissive responses like “I sell tons of meat weekly.” I hope the concern is taken seriously and addressed properly to ensure customer safety in the future.

This store has great customer service. The owner is super nice and has a kind heart. We came to do our shopping for the seniors in my community. We spent alot and the owner later gave us honey(6 jars of honey) as a token before we left. God bless his business for the kind gesture.

Very biased with the meat cuts, friend got good meat but mine was full of fat. Im so angry, I want to throw it away. Pretty sure, they are cursing people out who dont speak Arabic.
