Let's Eat Catering

We used Let’s eat catering for our wedding this August. The food was amazing, steak was cooked perfectly, salads had great flavours and the cabbage rolls were divine. Communication before the event was great and fast, service and clean up the day of our wedding was seamless. All staff very friendly and provided great customer service. We would recommend let’s eat to everyone!

I had the pleasure of having Susie help me with my wedding. All my guests were asking who made the food cause it was all amazing. From the Cesar salad all the way to the salmon and roast beef. Btw the Cesar salad dressing is the best like 10 out of 10. Out of all the caterers I looked out for she was the one that made it easiest. Stress free and her staff are really nice people to deal with . I highly recommend let’s eat catering for any function. I will also be calling her on a regular for her Cesar dressing.

As a coordinator of hundreds of social and family events, I have always been cognizant of the companies I involve in my activities. The food is one of the three key components to a successful event. Let’s Eat Catering has been the best caterer that I have found and it has been a number of years that I have used them in my planning. Susie, Spencer and the team are like family when it comes to planning, preparing and providing food for any event. The ease of working with them in choosing our meals, service time and clean up is one of the main reasons why I continue to return to Let’s Eat Catering. Once I book my date, I can relax knowing that the food will be ready exactly as I requested and served on time. Where do I begin with Let’s Eat Catering?? Honestly, at first I didn’t even know they existed! I hadn’t heard of them before I spoke with someone who lived in New Sarepta and said they catered larger events. I looked at a few different options based on recommendations from other people who had weddings catered through other companies. One thing hit home, the reviews for Susie & her family’s wonderful business were not just impersonal 5* reviews. They were personal, and they were all heartfelt. This day & age many companies can pay for blazing reviews, but Susie’s humble and kindly spirit, and her food speaks for itself. The rates are incredibly affordable and on-par for being one of THE best “bang for your buck” kind of meals. A lot of caterers do not offer half as much for sometimes double the amount per plate. Susie is incredibly kind and personable, she cares so much about her clients having the best experience and options for their meals. The flavours were beautiful, the pasta’s & meats perfectly cooked - topped only by one of THE most incredible creamy dill sauce you will ever taste. Susie has found a way to create food that embodies her passion for cooking, and leaves you with all the best feelings from a home-cooked meal that was made with love. As a bride who had so many different aspects to juggle for my wedding (10/10 recommend you get a day-of wedding planner or coordinator - this is your sign). Susie took incredible care of us, remained in contact & had amazing communication with us throughout the process. She made our day matter, she offered to help when we had things go sideways with our midnight snack less than a week before the wedding. She offered advice, she offered help, and she offered an incredible meal that we were able to share with some of our cherished friends & family. If there is any question as to who your caterer needs to be, I 100% recommend you do everything in your power to snag Let’s Eat Catering. Our day was undoubtably special, but it was made all the more better with the delectable meal we shared & the stress-free experience Susie and her wonderful family & staff provided. Recommendations: creamy dill sauce (15/10 - this was an absolute knock-out) pasta bar (very well-received, and Susie also had an incredible Vegan/GF sauce & pasta for our guests with dietary restrictions) roasted chicken & salmon was fantastic, perfectly cooked and moist her pirogies were also an incredibly popular hit with our guests Susie, I cannot thank you enough for everything you did for our wedding. Your generosity and making us feel like family is deeply appreciated and did not go unnoticed. Thank you for helping create one of the easiest aspects of our wedding to plan & execute.

We had Let’s Eat cater our wedding and they provided the most delicious food and amazing experience! I can’t rave enough about how fantastic both the food and customer service was! My guests are still talking about how great everything was! I will definitely be booking them for future gatherings, and recommend them to anyone looking for a similar experience!
