AmSteam

I had an excellent experience with AmSteam. Dan and his team were professional, respectful, and did outstanding work restoring my condo after the water damage. The quality of workmanship was excellent.’ ‘Communication was clear throughout the project, and they paid attention to every detail.’ ‘My home looks beautiful, and I truly appreciate all their hard work.’ ‘Thank you, Dan, Chelsey and the entire AmSteam team.’ And ‘I highly recommend AmSteam to anyone looking for reliable restoration and renovation services.

Everything about my experience with AmSteam has been top notch! From the initial call I made to inquire about the services, to the follow up call to ask if I wanted the tech to come a few days earlier, to Dave calling to ask if he would be able to pop by about an hour earlier than originally anticipated, and then finally to the awesome work Dave did when he got here. The carpets look and smell remarkably better than they did yesterday. 🙂 The pricing is really fair, almost too fair! Dave was done in record time, and nothing about the service was disruptive. I will absolutely call them again and I'll refer AmSteam to everyone I know! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The service I received was professional and courteous. AmSteam was able to fit me in last minute at the end of the month move out. The technician was on time and was diligent on removing some tough pet stains that I had. He was respectful and professional and took the time to explain about the stains. This is the second time that I have used AmSteam and will use them again in the future. Thank You AmSteam.

I used this company to clean a carpet and bedroom in a basement, 2 sets of stairs, a small hallway, 2 small bedrooms, and a medium-sized master bedroom with a walk-in closet. Unfortunately, I wasn't thrilled with the service, as there was no attempt to get the dirt out of any of the edges, and there were lots of stains in the small hallway going to the bathroom and in the master bedroom that didn't look like they had been touched, and some in highly visible areas like what looked like a fist-sized coffee stain where a nightstand used to be. The house was void of all furniture, so there was no heavy lifting. I will now need to call another company to come in with a Crevice Tool to clean out all the edges and corners, and use a carpet stain remover on the many left behind stains. For the price I paid and the time it took, the company made about $120.00 an hour, not including GST. I think that's a bit steep for the end result.

This team of compassionate people are very caring about the job that they do and respectful, polite, professional, and kind. I’m so grateful to have them supporting my condo. What a great group of people thank you for everything that you guys do.
