Chateau Clean

recently hired Chateau Clean for a full house cleaning, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. From the moment I reached out, their communication was prompt, professional, and friendly. The team arrived right on time and came fully prepared, paying close attention to every detail throughout the entire process. What really stood out was the level of care they put into their work. Every room was left spotless—floors shining, surfaces dust-free, and even those easy-to-miss areas were thoroughly cleaned. They went above and beyond my expectations, leaving my home feeling fresh, organized, and truly rejuvenated. It’s clear that Chateau Clean takes pride in delivering high-quality service. Their team is trustworthy, efficient, and clearly experienced. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and top-tier house cleaning. I’ll definitely be using their services again in the future.

I had such an amazing experience with this cleaning company. This was a very last-minute gift for my sister, and they were able to fit me in extremely quickly, which I truly appreciated. They even drove all the way from Edmonton to Blackfalds—completely above and beyond. The customer service was incredible. Fadel was so communicative, kind, and easy to deal with. He made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free, and since this was a gift, he made sure to send photos so I could see everything. From what I saw and what my sister shared, the clean itself was phenomenal. Every detail was taken care of from top to bottom, and they said the space felt so clean and refreshed. I honestly don’t have enough good things to say—such an overall amazing experience. I would highly recommend them!

Hired Chateau today for our rental property in Okotoks for a full carpet steam clean for a house. We don’t live there so we had our property manager deal with them and she was SO HAPPY with the service. This is hands down the BEST steam cleaning service we’ve had. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Great communication & great pricing. Thank you.
