Full disclosure, I sell real estate and I have referred Eager Beaver to many clients over the years based on their reviews and the relationships I have with their business development team. This review is based solely on my experience as a customer. Honestly, if I could give the 100 stars I would. The entire process with every person involved was excellent. Our move consisted of moving a 3 level home from Edmonton to Kelowna and the highlights for me were the constant communication, the “always willing to help” attitude from everyone and this was taken to a whole other level on moving day by Dustin and his team. Three of them came to my home and packed every square inch of that truck with all of our worldly belongings with care and precision and a huge smile on their face. I was the only person complaining about how sore and tired I was, I think they were going to run a marathon at the end of the day. A few days later Dustin and Damian arrive at our new home in Kelowna along with another local hard worker they hired for the day to help. Not only did they unload the truck with care, they also went to a rental suite my wife had been living in for the past few months leading up to the move and grabbed her whole apartment worth of belongings and brought those over too. Then it came to setting up all the furniture and again, they went above and beyond. Our bed had a piece that was broken and Dustin found a way to fix it as good as new for us. My partner and I have used Eager Beaver three times now, and every experience has been excellent. We were originally scheduled to move on a Friday, but after our home unexpectedly flooded, we had to move the date up by four days. The team was incredibly accommodating and made the whole process so much easier during an already stressful time. The move was estimated at around three hours but ended up taking over six, entirely because we had accumulated so much more furniture and belongings since our last move. Despite the extra work, the crew never complained. They were kind, professional, personable, and knowledgeable from start to finish. One thing that really stood out was hearing the crew check in with each other at one point during the move to make sure everyone was doing okay. It was such a small thing, but it showed genuine teamwork and respect among the staff. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. I never felt stressed because I knew we were in good hands. The service was absolutely worth it, and I would highly recommend Eager Beaver to anyone looking for a moving company.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the Calgary branch of Eager Beaver Moving. From start to finish, the entire experience was absolutely outstanding. Chris, Chuck, and Tim demonstrated a level of professionalism that is truly exceptional. They were efficient, courteous, and clearly took great pride in their work. One of the most incredible parts of the move was how they managed to get my large safe down into the basement. The staircase design alone would have stopped most movers in their tracks, but not this team. They approached the challenge with confidence and skill, and somehow made what seemed impossible look easy, all without causing any damage along the way.
