Gentle Steam

These guys are the best! After my basement flooded I called every Home Depot, cleaning shop, etc, in Edmonton and NO ONE had any dehumidifiers available ANYWHERE. The closest available unit would be in Red Deer! They were the only ones that kept my number and as soon as one was available, they went out of their way to make sure I got it in time. Truly one of the best customer service experiences, came in clutch when I needed it the most!

According to Google maps this place is open 24/7 but is not; they are close Saturday and Sunday. I changed from 1 star to 5 I wish there were more than 5 stars. Zeza is the best, with extensive knowledge of the products and equipment, extremely kind, attentive, and with a high level of honesty and respect for helping customers achieve the best results. I definitely recommend this business and especially recommend doing business with Zeza and the manager.

Today...we had Simon come out to my dads house. The first visit was the basement cuz the washing machine leaked. Got it all cleaned up. But today....Simon came to clean my dads bedroom carpet. There was stains.....I was worried they wouldn't come out. Holy......not only did Simon got ALL the stains out.....the carpet looks BRAND NEW!!! I did take "before" & "after" pics I am extremely impressed!!!. I highly recommend to call "Gentle steam". Excellent job Simon!!! Keep up the good work!!!!!

I recently rented some blower fans from Gentle Steam to dry out my basement. The equipment worked well and the service at the shop was very good. The rental price was the best I found in the city.

We’ve rented from here multiple times. All times customer service was exceptional. We were accommodated on short notice and given advice on which floor cleaning machine would best suit our needs. They return calls quickly and follow up. As a small business this is invaluable. When our business grew to the point to require it, this was the first business we considered to purchase our floor cleaning machine. 10/10 would recommend.
