Gentlemen's Cleaning Company

Just had our first deep clean with Gentlemen's Cleaning Company. We are very impressed. Communication has been quick and thorough. Scheduling is a breeze and they show up and finish the job on time. Victoria and Bunny were very kind, professional, and hard working. I'm particularly impressed with the work they did on the bathrooms and kitchens. Thanks for a great clean!

Amazing company to deal with. Really friendly and happy crew that came to my place to do a move out clean on a 2 bedroom apartment. Took about 8hrs and was $450 (including steam cleaning). Got my entire security deposit back so id say it was well worth it! The place was legitimately cleaner than when i first moved in Didn't think to take any before photos sadly. But imagine 4 years of dust and general grime added onto these.

This is the second time I've used Gentlemen's Cleaning Company. The first for a regular clean and the second for a deep clean. Prices were very reasonable to the work that the crews put forth, the crews were courteous professional and easy to talk to. I felt safe with the women in my home. They moved smaller furniture and put everything back in its place as they made their way through the house. They made my kids bed with the 100 teddy bears and blankets in such a way my kids wabt it like that "forever." They cleaned places I didn't notice until days later, even got stubborn spots of my oven that my steam cleaner had a hard time with! We're a family of 4 and it was so nice having a helping hand so I could be playing with the family, not watching the family play. Will absolutely have these wonderful women again and again to help keep the house in pristine condition. Highly, highly recommend to anyone who feels like they want a break or a helping hand.

Prior to cleaning, I removed things off surfaces to allow them to do their job. I swept the floor and did a general tidy. Pros: Staff were very professional, showed up on time, very polite. The price was reasonable and competitive amongst other cleaning companies in the area. When I gave feedback they listened and didn't scoff at me. Cons: I requested a deep clean. My windows and sills were not completed. Absolutely nothing was dusted and many cobwebs were left in the corner of some rooms. My TV remote was quite sticky, almost like it was covered in coffee. I only had 1 added appliance in the kitchen (coffee maker, no microwave, no toaster) and it wasn't touched at all. The 1 thing I left on the kitchen counter was not moved and cleaned behind. The couch wasn't vacuumed and nothing was pulled out. When I pulled out the dog toy bin from the corner of the room it was very furry behind. Overall: I would say they are amazing for a surface level clean, however I wouldn't recommend for a deep clean. I did mention this to the booking person, and was offered someone to come and fix (which is a positive), however I declined due to my time constraint for the day. I will say life got ahead of me and I wasn't able to keep up on my housecleaning. This did what it's intended use was which was to get me back on track.

I chose this company because of the many positive reviews and because this was my first time hiring a professional cleaning company. Iryna was polite, professional, and worked very hard throughout the cleaning. The apartment is definitely cleaner, and I appreciate her effort. However, I was disappointed with the overall deep-cleaning experience. My husband and I prepared the apartment beforehand by moving items, organizing areas, cleaning the storage room ourselves, and doing some sweeping so that more time could be spent on the deep-cleaning tasks. Despite the cleaning being extended beyond the original estimate, several items from the deep-cleaning checklist were still missed, including some dusting/detailing areas, windows, and light fixtures. When I raised my concerns and shared photos, I was told that completing the remaining items would require additional time and additional payment. As a customer, I believe that when concerns are raised after a deep-cleaning service, some flexibility or a brief touch-up visit can go a long way toward customer satisfaction. Customers are spending their hard-earned money and appreciate when their concerns are acknowledged and addressed. My intention is not to criticize Iryna, as she worked hard, but to share my experience honestly. Based on my experience, I feel that one cleaner may not be enough for a full deep clean of a 2-bedroom apartment within the estimated time. The apartment looks better than before, but the final result did not fully meet my expectations for a deep-cleaning service. Unfortunately, due to this experience and the way my concerns were handled, I would not choose this company again in the future.
