New Earth Landscaping

We couldn't be happier with the work New Earth Landscaping did on our front yard. They completely transformed the space by removing the old landscaping and tree and creating a beautiful new design that exceeded our expectations. The project included a stunning new walkway, a beautiful outdoor seating area, and carefully selected plantings, including a blue spruce, an apricot tree, a pear tree, forsythia shrubs and perennials. Everything was completed with exceptional attention to detail and outstanding craftsmanship. From our very first contact through the design process, quote, scheduling, communication, and final installation, every step was seamless and professional. The team was knowledgeable, responsive, punctual, and clearly took great pride in their work. What impressed us just as much as the finished product was how they worked. The crew kept the job site exceptionally clean throughout the entire project. Several of our neighbours even commented on how organized, respectful, and tidy the team was each day. The end result has completely transformed the curb appeal of our home, and we now have a beautiful front entrance and outdoor seating space that we'll enjoy for years to come. We highly recommend New Earth Landscaping to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and talented landscaping company.

1) Was respectful of our budget. Every other landscaper we contacted wouldn't give us the time of day unless we were spending $10000+. We wanted to start small. 2) Good communication. Made sure they understood what we wanted. Made suggestions and asked for clarifications when necessary. 3) Great work. We just wanted a simple walkway connecting our house to our garage through the backyard. It looks great. Not sure when we'll have the money to continue our plans, but New Earth will be the first company we go to when we are ready.

Several other landscaping companies flaked out or no-showed us, but New Earth Landscaping was there from start to finish. I understand I had a relatively "smaller" job but New Earth did not dismiss my business. Michael and Tim, the owners, were personable and really good guys. Both were on site on multiple days to inspect and direct, and even do some of the work, which was really nice to see. I appreciated the walkthroughs at multiple stages during the job. The crew were very mindful of my property and respectful. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality of work and will look to New Earth again in the future for landscaping needs.

We selected Michael & New Earth Landscaping after talking with a few companies. I knew immediately that we wanted to work with Michael and I'm so glad that we did. He listened, asked good questions and was able to get a good sense of what we wanted and then was able to execute to bring that plan to fruition. We are very happy with the result and have a beautiful space in our backyard that we will certainly enjoy for many years to come. They were flexible, professional and colloborative on ideas and when a few challenges came up. The whole crew were great to work with, thank you Tim and Andy as well.

Working with Michael and his crew ( Andy, Tanner, Tom) has been an excellent experience. They were professional, thorough, creative with a difficult project, and persistent despite copious amounts of disruptive rain. I appreciated the fact that they were hard workers, respectful of us and each other, and clearly enjoyed their work and working with each other. We love our new patio!
