Shine Above Inc.

Unfortunately I cannot score this company higher than three stars. The three stars are really only due to the customer service while booking and communicating about the job. The team at the office answering calls and doing bookings are excellent. The excellence stops there. The crew that came to the house was an interesting mix of experience and indifference. This is probably why they missed the fact that while the gutters themselves were clean, the extensions on the ground were not. By the end of the job the experienced employee was on the phone about “the next job” and the indifferent employee was unsupervised. The homeowners had to clear the extensions themselves so they would drain properly during a record setting rain fall a few days later.. When the client complained. And they had to do so twice. They were finally told they must be wrong about the extensions not being clear. This company is happy to take your money. But won’t want to hear about any issues. There are lots of companies doing this service. Find a different one.

Huge shoutout to Shine Above for the great work at our place. They recently completed pressure washing, exterior window cleaning, and deck cleaning for us, and the results were excellent. Special thanks to Vlad, who was professional, hardworking, respectful, and very easy to deal with throughout the process. Communication was great from start to finish, he showed up prepared, took pride in the work, and represented the company extremely well. The house and deck look refreshed heading into summer. Would definitely recommend Shine Above to anyone looking for quality exterior cleaning services. My only suggestion would be to get the team into some branded company gear. Small detail, but it would really elevate an already professional operation.

The couple who cleaned the gutters on the first floor of my condo (those on my second floor gutters shared the building with my neighbour and I was unable to talk to him about sharing the expenses so they left that part as is.) My gutter cleaners worked on my own gutters and cleaned them nicely. I had intended to use an e-transfer but I forgot how to enter a recipient. The Office had sent an invoice and after a phone call I was able to take my iPad in to their office and a lady helped me to enter Shine Above into the software. All around, I was taken care of in this whole project with some very pleasant people. 5 stars! Jerome.

I had an excellent experience with shine above! Olivia and Bavhik made it super easy to book the appointment, Vlad and his partner did a great job cleaning the gutters. I recommend this business.

What an amazing job that your crew did on our very neglected downspouts. They were so plugged that he even had to take off the elbow so that enough pressure could clean them out. First rate job also on our many windows. Price was very fair.
