Steam Dry Canada - Home Depot Cleaning Services- Edmonton

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service Rowan from Steam Dry Canada did an amazing job with our duct cleaning through Home Depot Cleaning Services in Edmonton. He was professional, polite, well-trained, and very efficient. The work was done quickly but carefully, with great attention to detail. He cleaned everything properly, explained the system clearly, gave helpful maintenance advice, and checked afterward to make sure everything was working well. Overall, excellent service at an excellent price. Highly recommend Rowan and Steam Dry Canada. Great tip: early summer is an excellent time to have your duct system cleaned for the best value. Late autumn is typically a much busier season and may not offer the same pricing or availability.

This was a great job done. It is so nice to have the carpets and furniture clean at last. They certainly got dirty over the years! The cleaner was friendly and called me to ask if he could come early, which was fine by us. The job was completed early and well. Of course, the house smelled of wet laundry, the humidity was higher and it took longer than expected to dry, but it was all fine

Avoid this company at all costs. They told me they could clean my soiled carpet without even asking for photos first. When I tried to discuss things over the phone, they were extremely difficult to deal with constantly cutting me off to repeat the same scripted lines instead of actually listening. The person they sent, just went ahead and did the full 2-hour job with no communication before or after. I later found out from my tenant that the carpet still looked terrible and wasn’t cleaned properly like they claimed it would be. When I called to ask for a partial refund, they wouldn’t help or take any responsibility at all. Considering they are twice the price of most carpet cleaning companies. Very frustrating experience from start to finish. The people I dealt with were Mark, Sasha, and Jay, none of whom seemed interested in actually making things right. First photo before, second photo after

Rowan did an excellent job on A/C, duct cleaning, furnace, and dryer vents. He checked out everything & revealed the filter in the humidifier that needed to be changed. He was professionally, friendly, very knowledgeable. I highly recommend the 5 star services to anyone that needs them. Thanks Rowan for a job well done. Grace Kuleskey

I’ve been a loyal customer now for over five years. Kalten does an amazing job each time. He’s thorough, detail oriented and takes his time to clean the furnace, registers and duct lines. Before and after pictures are also taken to show the state of the items cleaned. He goes above and beyond to spot out any maintenance issues that may require urgent attention during the cleaning exercise. Above all, my experience with this company has been top notch. Kalten is professional, courteous and very knowledgeable.
