We Clean Pest Control Edmonton

I came across this company for bees that were scratching on our walls and two of them came into our bedroom. Two days I thought they were mice. Woke up to one of the bees that bit me. Was no mouse. Wrist was painful for 30 min but pulled on the centre of the bite and seems to have helped. Called their phone number today and was given the number to call. Spoke with one girl and appointment scheduled for 5:30pm to 6:30pm. Both times came and went. The girl told me she would find out and nothing. That was an hour and a half ago. No call back from the girl and no call from the technician. Bedroom is off limits.

This company was hired by my landlord to assess whether I had bed bugs. They failed to find the issue, despite weeks of waking up with cluster bites and knowing something was wrong but as someone who has never dealt with bed bugs before, I was checking my bed/mattress everyday and knew something was wrong. My landlord was convinced it was not bed bugs based on this company’s assessment. I was able to find the bed bugs in the headframe of my bed, it was infested within the crevices. How this was missed is insane to me. What’s worse is when they came back to assess before doing treatment, they could not tell me how to prep, the man that showed up was over an hour late, looked at my headframe, said “Yep, you got bed bugs.” (no shit, sherlock.) then walked out. I was obviously not in a good headspace as I had been dealing with this for over a month after their first “assessment” so I wanted to know how professionals could have missed this. Spent all morning going back and forth with the support lady who had zero answers for me. Then they had the audacity to say they wouldnt do treatment anymore because I had to go home and couldnt be home to let them in, something they easily could have coordinated with my landlord. Landlord hired a different company who has been great, sent a list immediately and has been communicative from the beginning to end. He too was surprised the UPHOLSTERED HEAD FRAME was not the first thing checked. Do better. My advice, they may have lots of reviews but sometimes going with the smaller less known companies is the way to go.

Sunny did a fantastic job taking care of the wasp nest under my front steps. I called in the early afternoon and he showed up a few hours later. He was able to quickly identify where the nest was located, treat the entrance (as the nest turned out to be underground) and he sealed off the entrance as well. Sunny was very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend them!

We Clean Pest Control provided outstanding service from start to finish. They were professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the treatment process, answered all of my questions, and made sure the job was done thoroughly. It's clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend We Clean Pest Control to anyone looking for reliable, effective, and friendly pest control service. Five stars!
