Polar Electric Contracting Ltd.

Polar Electric was amazing to deal with! Kristy was friendly, communicated everything clearly, and even called back to offer us a same-day appointment instead of waiting until July 8. Terry arrived on time, quickly found the problem, had it fixed within an hour, and took the time to explain everything. Fast, friendly, professional service from start to finish. I highly recommend Polar Electric!

Thanks Polar! I was having trouble installing an energy monitor, and Polar came in, saw how crowded my panel was and came up with a plan to remedy the situation. They showed up on time with a 15 advance message to ensure I was ready. They understood the problem and the solution. They worked hard the entire time. Finished in a timely manor tidy the workspace when they were done and gave me a fair bill. I would definitely use them again!

I had 3 ceiling fans/lights combo in 3 bedrooms and 2 hallway ceiling lights replaced. I purchased the new items ftom Home Depot and Polar Electric Contracting replaced them for me. Getting site inspection and quote done was quick. Follow up to my questions via email was delayed had to keep calling office to get my answers which spanned numerous weeks to get. Tech was given wrong address by their office team despite my quote having the correct address. Tech ( young lady ) was professional, kept a clean work place, efficient explained issues and resolved them and responded to my questions She did a great job with the installations and clean up. Overall the installation went well, the cost of the job was very reasonable. Job well done.

I received recommendations on Facebook when I was looking for an electrician. Cory contacted me and was able to get someone out promptly. Rob come out and installed some ceiling fans for us...he was excellent. I was impressed enough to advertise their services on our company's electronic bulletin board. We have a few more projects to deal with and will definitely be calling on them again in the future. Great to deal with, prompt, well-qualified professionals, and very reasonably priced.

Polar electric really pulled us out of a jam today. Very much appreciated! Their guys were all busy but they still managed to squeeze my call in as it was a fairly urgent matter involving my customers safety. Thanks alot guys!
