We had hired Robart Electrical for 3 different jobs over the span of two weeks. Each time the electrician was on time and completed the work in a timely and efficient manner. The electrician was very pleasant and professional. We will definitely use their services again in the future.

I have been putting this off for some time, but I'm at the end of my rope... Here is my experience with Robart Electrical. A few years back, I had them come out to wire my newly finished basement. At the time, they seemed organized, prompt and (from what I can tell) did a pretty good job. The technician did, however, unplug my deep freeze while working on the electrical panel and failed to plug it back in after the work was completed. That resulted in a freezer full of rotten food and a ruined freezer, but Robart covered the cost, so all told, not too bad. Around this time last year, I decided to get my detached garage wired up for a heater. A gas line would be very expensive and disruptive to my yard, so electric was my only option. After a couple of months waiting, Robart sent someone out for an estimate. They determined they would be able to use an existing conduit to run wire from the house underground to the garage. Not too big of a project and they gave me a reasonable quote. I agreed and waited for the work to be done. I believe it took another couple of months for someone to actually show up; we're no looking at October 2025. When they did, the two gentlemen assigned to the job determined that the conduit did not actually run the length of the yard and so the solution would be to trench a line or go overhead. Both options were going to cost significantly more than the original quote. But I wanted to get it done and I didn't want to look for another electrician, so I agreed to go overhead. A day or two later, the two technicians were scheduled to arrive to do the work at 8 am. By 10am they had not yet arrived, so I called for an update. The reasoning was they hadn't picked up parts, so were out shopping and would be by soon. (Seems like that should be done before the scheduled appointment?) Eventually, they showed up at 11 and by 5 or so, the work was done. I now have another power line hanging over my backyard from the house to garage and everything seems to be working ok. To complete the work, the technician poked a couple of extra holes in the siding (missed the first try) but I was told not to worry, I could caulk that up myself (which I did, though shouldn't that be done by the tradesman?). A month or so later, the city inspector came out and failed the inspection for three different reasons: a grounding problem in the panel, a conduit routing issue on the side of the house and some kind of improper installation of the wiring on the garage roof. This was in October 2025. I have called repeatedly to have someone come out and fix the work. It is now the end of July 2026 and I'm still waiting... I was told by the admin that the reason for the delay was "waiting on parts". However, when a technician came out two weeks ago (I thought to fix?), they determined it could be done fairly quickly (but they could not do the work that day, for some reason). So now I am trying to get that technician, or someone from Robart, to complete this supposed quick job. An admin called me and left a message to see if I could schedule a reinspection (for the work that has not yet been done—clearly the technician had not filled her in on his visit). It seems there is no communication between technicians and admin at this company. Every time I call and explain the project, it's a different person answering the phone and it's the first time they've heard of me. So nearly a year later I'm still left with a 1) failed, 2) incomplete project that I 3) paid more for than I expected and 4) have spent far more time than I have liked to chase these people around. Would not recommend, and will not use again.

I would like to highly recommend Robart Electrical to anyone needing their old Federal Pacific beaker panel and mast replaced. The crew that came to my house was fast, efficient, knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to deal with. In one day they combined my old panel and subpanel into a single new panel. Rectified several annoying electrical issues and replaced my old electrical mast, bringing my house up to the current electrical code. They followed up at the end of the day to ensure the utility company turned my power back on in a timely fashion. Truly outstanding service.

I had my old shed demo'd because it was getting old and we put up 2 new sheds in its place. We contacted Robart to have the existing outdoor electrical extended to work with our new sheds. They sent out Anthony P. And he did such an amazing job! I am beyond thrilled. I now have safe electrical running outside for my lawn mowing and building needs and it looks spectacular! Anthony was so professional and fun to work with. And his skill level is off the charts! He called me before he came to my house and ran through exactly what I was looking for and my electrical needs so when he came to my house, he was prepared and knew exactly what i needed. I have never had such amazing customer service or such a professional job done! Thank you Robart, so sending Anthony to our home! Also thank you Karen for talking with me and booking my appointment 👍

I booked an appointment with an electrician, but it was suddenly postponed by five days. Then, when the new appointment date finally arrived, nobody showed up. I called the office twice, and both times the receptionist told me the electrician would arrive shortly. I ended up waiting for four hours, but no one ever came. This company completely wasted two days of my time, causing me to miss work. They have absolutely no credibility and are extremely unprofessional.
