St Albert Electric Ltd

Called St. Albert Electric Ltd as half the power in the house went out and panel seemed normal. They talked us through the reset of the panel and did everything over the phone troubleshooting a few different things. They were extremely helpful and super friendly to work with. I offered to pay them something for their time and they refused and said they were just happy to help. Amazing company and we will be using them for future needs as this was the best customer service without a doubt. Thank you for saving our Thanksgiving family dinner.

10/10! I was having an electrical problem and I was calling around to electrical contractors in and around Edmonton, not surprisingly I was having a hard time getting through to anyone (I guess electricians are busy folks). William, from Saint Albert electric called me back immediately after he missed my call (the only one to return my call). I had a faulty three-way switch in my house that was incorrectly wired. St Albert Electric Ltd saved the day. William was able to see the problem at a quick glance, he diagnosed it and corrected it immediately. He was polite, professional, and patient with my electrical incompetence. I can’t recommend them highly enough and they will certainly get a call the next time I, or anyone I know needs electrical services.

Bill was able to come to my house same day as I called to check on breaker tripping in fuse box. After various tests, it was determined that my sump pump needed to be replaced. He was able to replace the pump and damaged wall socket at lower price than previous sump replacement ten years prior in record time. Would recommend.

William, installed a subpanel in my basement, changed lighting's pods and installed electrical heaters. Everything works nicely. Very satisfied with the electrical work he did for me. He also suggested to fortify the vent attachment to ceiling in the bedroom. Otherwise it could probably fall on someone. Thanks William
