called your store to ask for some information. When the employee answered, I politely asked, “How are you?” She simply replied, “Good, thanks,” and left it at that. I don’t understand this kind of customer service. When a customer asks how you’re doing, basic courtesy is to respond with something like, “I’m good, thank you. How are you?” It’s a simple gesture that shows respect and professionalism. Based on this experience, I would give your customer service a 0 out of 10. I hope management takes customer service more seriously.

This is a truly organic store, offering fresh produce, meat, dairy, and even some skincare products. I absolutely love their organic milk—it tastes amazing, and ever since I started drinking it, it’s even helped with my acne. You’ve got to try their cocoa milk too—it’s incredibly fresh. Plus, you can return their glass bottles for recycling and get a refund based on the size. It’s such a great system, and I really believe we, as a community, should support businesses like this.

I bought some heavy cream here, and it unfortunately went bad before the due date. However, I wasn’t able to return it for several weeks. So I had taken a video to prove what happened. I went into the store thinking they probably wouldn’t be able to take it back, but the staff and manager were so kind and helpful. They let me return it, no questions. I was so amazed at how good and fast the customer service was

My favorite grocery store in Edmonton!! Awesome selection of produce, grocery items, and natural products. The staff are amazing - I bought some food for a homeless individual and the staff told me to take some of the fruit from the basket at the front of the store as well

Writing this fantastic review for a cashier that works at the store, his name is Marcus and he goes out of his way to help me when I am shopping at the store. I don’t understand why people feel the need to post such negativity towards him, his mother has gone through significant health problems recently and he is the only person caring for her at the moment. I can imagine it takes a lot of out a person to be a sole caregiver. Even with his hardships, he still manages to give excellent customer service to me when I come in, and I enjoy talking to him. Managers please do not listen to the negative feedback. He is a good worker.
