I had an amazing experience getting a bio-perm with Alevtina today! She is an absolute master of her craft with incredible experience. Not only did she perfectly follow the reference I brought, but she also gave great professional advice on what would look best on me. I had Anusha as my stylist, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was patient, professional, and provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. I had stopped going to this salon about 10 years ago after a very negative experience, so I was hesitant to come back. Since then, there has been new ownership, and it is clear that things have changed for the better. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the stylists are excellent. The only downside was my interaction with the person who answered the phone. She came across as quite rude and asked if I was even going to show up for my appointment. I understand that I had cancelled a few appointments many years ago after my previous bad experience, but I still felt the conversation could have been handled more professionally. That said, Anusha completely changed my perception of the salon. She did an amazing job, and I have found my new salon. Thank you, Anusha. You are truly amazing!

I had such an amazing experience with Jade! She did an incredible job on my son’s haircut, and her customer service was absolutely phenomenal. She was so kind, attentive, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Everyone was polite, welcoming, and genuinely kind. The salon itself was nice, clean, and had such a friendly atmosphere. I’m so happy with my experience and will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend Jade!

Jade was absolutely lovely! From the second I walked in, she knew me by name and made my curly hair cut experience wonderful! I gave her some creative freedom and she matched what I was going for perfectly. Not only is she amazing at her craft but so kind, personable and joyful. Her energy is infectious! If you are considering a curly cut for the first time I highly recommend allowing yourself to enjoy the journey with Jade. 10/10 experience😍☺️
