The customer service at this salon is top notch!! I recently had a botched box-dye job (green instead of brown!) and everyone in the salon was super nice about it. The non-judgemental atmosphere made the experience a lot less embarrassing. Kristine my stylist was experienced and knew what to do, she made my hair look great and I got what I originally wanted. They were even able to squeeze in my appointments before my upcoming trip! Overall, HQ is full of skilled, lovely people. Shoutout to Kristine and Juliana, Thanks guys!

I just had the MOST INCREDIBLE SIGNATURE FACIAL FROM ERIN!! Magic touch! It was amazing.. calm.. soothing and couple giggles... she made me feel sooooo spoiled.. she is amazing at her job! Love this place.. whether it's getting my hair done or a lil pampering, people like Erin make u feel warm and welcome❤️

As a male, HQ Salon for a reason has been my go to for 4 years now! All of the staff are not only great at taking care of my wonderful, yet what feels like finicky mid-length hair, they’re fun, professional, attentive to my needs, and Kerry works with me to solution seek timing around my revolving schedule. I didn’t plan on getting my eyebrows trimmed when I walked into HQ Salon and Spa… but sometimes life intervenes. While Emily Knorr was working her magic giving my wife a fantastic cut and style (which, by the way, turned out amazing), she took one look at my eyebrows and—without saying it outright—accepted the challenge. Let’s just say they had reached a point where they were starting to develop their own personality. Now, to her credit, Emily didn’t even flinch—and apparently for good reason. She casually shared that she’s dealt with worse… including her dad’s legendary situation where one rogue eyebrow hair grew to about 3 inches long. At that point, I realized I wasn’t even close to her personal record book, which was both humbling and oddly reassuring. Emily handled mine like a pro. Calm, precise, and with the confidence of someone who has clearly seen it all. On top of that, she’s an incredible storyteller—kept the whole experience entertaining—and communicates in a way that just makes you feel comfortable the whole time. Between the skill, the atmosphere, and the laughs, it was easily a 5-star experience. Highly recommend Emily… whether you’re going in for a haircut or an unexpected eyebrow intervention.

I had a great experience with Emily! The head massage alone was worth it—so relaxing and done with just the right pressure. She was also really honest about the condition of my hair, which I appreciated, and gave thoughtful suggestions that actually suited me instead of just going with a standard trim. On top of that, she was easy to talk to and made the whole appointment enjoyable. I left feeling refreshed and really happy with my hair. Highly recommend!
