Had a hair appointment today with Jackie and it was amazing! She was super kind and supportive of my idea! I’ve had lots of homemade cuts with my hair and it was a mess but she made it so much better! I feel a lot more me and I’m super happy with the results. Thanks again Jackie for this amazing hair result and will be back 100%!!

Horrible experience Beware of stylists not employed by the salon. The salon does not take accountability nor hold them to a salon service standard. Do they even vet their work prior to renting a chair? From the lack of knowledge, i would assume this stylist is even self taught without any certification. I honestly feel cheated out of $150, and tricked that i was not aware of independent stylists working there. My hair is a level 5 that pulls warm. I provided a picture of what i was looking for - same level, just cooler brown. I left the salon with blue black hair and black stains all over my forhead and ears. I left feeling UGLY. The stylist processed a demi perm color for close to an HOUR, typically it should be 30mins max. Demi perminent dyes darker, so a knowledgeable stylist would choose a shade or 2 lighter than what they're trying to achieve; even i know that. She did not care to wipe off the color from my ears or forhead after applying it, and then scrubbed my skin with rubbing alcohol 3 separate times while blowdrying and cutting to try and lessen the stains. When it was dry, i was honest that i wasn't happy with the color but paid and tipped anyways because she was pleasant and it was awkward. She suggested i text her if it was too dark after washing it a few time, but i don't have faith that she has the knowledge to fix it. By far, the WORST salon experience i have ever had.

Brooklyn is awesome. She cuts both me and my husband's hair and it always turns out great! Also, if you have really long hair, and are scared of having a bunch chopped off (iykyk), she listens and will give you the exact amount removed that you requested.

Best hairstylist I have been to, I would definitely recommend this place if you looking for a great hairstylist this be the place to go, the ladies are wonderful here and know what they are doing!! I will definitely keep going here. Some of the work they do in the pictures

A friend recommended me to check this salon out - I've been here twice now, once for a haircut and a few weeks later, to get my hair toned. Both services and stylists were great. I ran into an issue with one of my services (miscommunication between stylist and myself) and reached out via email to the salon. The response was very prompt, understanding and provided the clarity that I needed. They were able to resolve the issue in a customer-centric and prompt way, which I 100% appreciated. I would recommend this salon based on the stylists and service I received, but based on the after-care, I would definitely recommend. Sometimes the service isn't just what you receive when you are in the chair. :) Thank you!
