Hayley did an amazing job on my hair! She was super informative about the process and we went through it step by step which was lovely because it was my first time with a larger hair dye job! I did not catch her name but there was another lady at the salon with amazing blue and purple shorter hair who was also incredibly kind and both were amazing to converse with! I will be coming back :)

I absolutely love my appointments with Joana at Rock it out saloon- North side location. The studio is so warm and inviting and it is always an enjoyable experience seeing her. She is an enthusiastic conversationalist while offering knowledgeable advice on what color/styles may suit my hair type and personal style. She has been my stylist for a year now and she never disappoints! My hair has gone through a total transformation from much too dark to a healthier, fall season natural color that better compliments my skin tone. I am super pleased! I highly recommend Joana for anyone looking for a new stylist!

I had such a wonderful experience with Tracy! I had gotten so many recommendations for this salon, and a few specifically for Tracy, and I’m SO glad I chose to see her. She gave my hair so much more life and dimension and I absolutely am in love with it. After 6+ years of not getting my hair done professionally, I cannot be happier with my choice! Today was my first time seeing a new stylist in about 20 years, so I was hesitant but eager (mine has retired). I was delighted to have been matched with Sarah for a cut, colour/ foil (all the fancy terms) as she was personable, fun and asked the questions to bring out what I wanted - when knew I wanted change but wasn’t sure what exact change I wanted. Sarah, I felt, did exactly what I (the customer) wanted and envisioned it when I couldn’t really describe it. Enjoyed my shampoos and the accompanying scalp massage. I enjoyed the fact product was shown to me but at no point did I feel the pressure to purchase, so this of course led me to purchase not only shampoo, conditioner but also 2 coloured whip mouses. The salon itself was immaculately clean, staff friendly and from overhearing other clients- everyone was happy. I’ll be back. You should try them out too. Sarah was great.

This was my first time seeing Haley, and I’m so glad I did! I’ve always struggled to find someone who truly understands my hair type — it’s really fine but curly, and there’s a lot of it. When it gets long, it gets heavy, flat, and totally loses its shape. Haley gave me a dry cut that completely brought my curls back to life! She knew exactly how to lighten it up without losing the fullness, and even shared some amazing tips and tricks to help refine my curls at home. If you’ve got curly hair and have had a hard time finding the right stylist, I’d absolutely recommend seeing Haley — she gets it!
