It was a true pleasure to meet Ashley. She listened to my request and also lets me know what she was doing and this was important for me since it was my first appointment. I have been searching for a great hairdresser for a long time & I think I finally found one. Everybody in the salon was very friendly & accommodating. Thank you for a great experience!

This was my first trip to the Rose and Onyx. I was greeted by the the most friendly staff upon arrival. Within minutes she brewed me a fresh cup of amazing coffee. (It was so good I had to have a 2nd cup) The salon decor is not like other salons. It's unique, tasteful, fun and relaxing. Absolutely loved my 1st visit there. Looking forward to many more now that I've found a truly talented curly hair stylist (Zoe)

Zoe knows her stuff. When I couldn’t quite express what exactly i wanted done to my hair, she knew exactly how to get that out of me, and with precise accuracy. She was gentle, sensitive, and very receptive. She explained the process, levelled expectations. I loved that she made me feel like we collaborated on a goal - and achieved it! 🫶

After a horrible experience at another salon, Cathy let me come in for an emergency appointment, and I felt so much better afterwards. I came for an appointment to redo my system and I can’t believe the difference!!! Amazing quality and expertise! I would give 100 Stats if I could 🤗 😚 ❤️

Conrad is an excellent barber. He is intuitive and professional. In the past my son had a tough time getting the cut he wanted for his curly hair. After his appointment with Conrad he said it was the best hair cut he has ever had, he was spot on! We are very grateful.
