Magda has been amazing for my hair. Her expertise makes me feel super comfortable. I am very picky when it comes to my hair but she does my hair justice every single time I see her. The colours she used in my hair was perfect and exactly what I had in mind. I use to box dye my hair, really damaged it and will never go back to box dye again. Magda told me to stop doing it myself 3 months ago and I listen. My hair looks healthy and has an incredible shine to it. If you want to feel at ease please go see Magda. She is hands down amazing.

I was in need to get a truthful response from a Hairstyles as to what I needed done with maintaining my hair and beard. The strongest critic in my life is not myself but the love of my life; my wife as to style and quality of hair cut and beard maintenance I receive. I was interested to Josi, and despite being a 'Walk-in ' listened to the issues I had with hair care, styles, and maintaining my appearance. I took the results of Josi' work home and received a wonderful response to her work. I called back to Salon L'Hirondelle giving them the response from my wife as appreciated for the fine work Josi had done. But for me, the true test is what follows the next few days, and my wife's praises for Josi' work was still coming back. Thank you to letting me be a 'Walk-in ' and setting me up with Josi. I seldom give a post for anyone, but my appreciation is such that I am happy to do so. Have a wonderful day.

This was my first visit to this salon and will not be back. I did research prior to pick a stylist and selected Magda who appeared to have extensive experience. I have been coloring my hair for over 20 year and this is the worst color I have ever had. I asked for a natural dirty blonde balayage, which we discussed that she would brush the color on to get that effect. However what I received was over bleached hair with yellow/orange toner. There was no dimension and its looks very unnatural to my ashy blonde hair. the cut i received was very choppy and uneven. I went back into the salon telling them I did not like it and was reschedule to have Magda fix it. She consulted with another stylist to determine to use a stripping shampoo on my hair to get the toner out. She only colored the top of my head, I think because she put a lot of bleach there. It did not look any different from the first time I went and to top it off my scalp was very red and irritated from the shampoo that was used. I contacted the owner Melanie and told her about my experience. She was apologetic and asked if I would come in again to get it corrected. She offered me a complimentary consultation with Magda, the same person i had seen the first two times!! I told her I did not want to see her again after my experience and asked for a refund. Melanie said that they do not give refunds on services and offered me to see another stylist there. I do not feel comfortable going there and have lost all trust in this salon. I will be going to another salon to have it corrected now. I am disappointed that I was charged $350 and wasted 7 hours. I am disappointed in what they they advertise on there website, but don't actually follow through with. "We strive to make sure you leave not only looking beautiful but feeling truly confident in yourself and in our work" I did not feel this was at all. I feel that I have already given them 2x chances to gain my trust and fix their error. At this point I would just really like to receive some of my money back to go somewhere else. Do yourself a favor and find another salon. Pictures of what I asked for vs. what I received.

Magda did an excellent job with my haircut. She is very professional, kind, and friendly. I could clearly see her experience in the way she worked, and she delivered exactly what I expected. She is truly an asset to this place. Thank you, Magda! T

I was heading to Beaumont for my son’s wedding and found this salon online. Booked the earliest updo appointment available and it was with Magda. I stopped in a few days prior to have a quick consult. The vibe was welcoming the moment I walked into the salon. Magda was awesome!!! I had soooo many compliments on my hair. Thank you Magda for making me feel beautiful!!!
