I would love to say that I came into the salon doubting how it would go, since I haven’t had good experiences with salons before and always just got family friends cutting my hair and styling it. But it’s with great honour that my trust has been rebuilt by how well my hair tuned out. The service was beyond what I expected and left a great impression on me. My hairstylist, Michelle, was very kind and charismatic, and very knowledgeable in all kinds of things other than hair! I was happy to converse with her about not only my hair expectations but other things to keep me company and not just another client they’re meant to please. It made me feel as if I was a person, not just a client or person coming in to get your moneys worth for the month. The hair turned out amazingly and I will definitely be back again when I need a confidence boost! This has made my entire week and I regret nothing!

Had a good experience in the chair and enjoyed my time with Chantel but when it came time to paying I was charged full amounts possible for both my highlights and hair cut and my hair was barley cut at all. There were layers added and that’s pretty much it so it was a bit confusing to be charged the +$100 for minimal work. I want to say I love my highlights but they look boxy to the point that I could’ve bought a plastic cap and pulled my hair through for the same result without costing $200, it also is barley noticeable on the bottom layers for the amount paid and overall will find a new place to get my hair done next time, especially for the price paid without being warned upfront.

Brooke had no money for a colour and wanted to rebook for the following week when she got paid but the stylist was willing to work within her budget to make her happy so she didn’t have to come back and offered her over $100 off including a free treatment to remove all the buildup, dandruff and oil off her scalp, Which was the best decision because blending your colour will make the cut look cleaner. A complete consultation was done and after a 3 hour long service which included a solid colour, soft highlights, tone and butterfly haircut the results were perfect and the client was Wowed! How could this not make you feel beautiful? It Looks great Brooke! With consent, a good reason why photos are important! A free follow up consultation was booked the following morning to discuss client satisfaction and for fine tune results which the client didn’t even show up for 🫶🫶.

Hollywood… I truly can’t say enough good things to even begin to match the level of service he provides. From start to finish, he was professional, warm, and incredibly attentive—making the entire experience feel personal and effortless. He absolutely nailed my daughter’s raccoon-tail vision, perfectly complementing her curly ginger hair, and somehow managed to guide me through my grey transition in a way that felt natural, flattering, and—honestly—like it was my idea all along. As someone who came in lacking confidence, I left feeling completely seen and genuinely excited about my hair. Perfection doesn’t even cover it. If you’re on the fence, don’t be. Highly recommended! Walk-ins welcome, funny banter, awesome team and great atmosphere. They made my daughter’s hair look amazing and she was so happy with the results.
