The Factory Hair Salon is absolutely beautiful and welcoming atmosphere! I never felt so valued as a client, the staff and manager greeted me with amazing hospitality and always checked in if I needed anything! Didn’t expect a dirty soda bar and a variety of snacks! They also have a bunch of local products from small business owners to purchase and everything was just above and beyond. Emily the stylist did a fantastic job on my perm and I would highly recommend this salon if you’re looking to change your style with affordable prices! In this economy, can’t be beat! It’s a great salon and the staff are amazing!

To start it's Such a cute shop itself! But you know the you found a good stylist when you drive almost 8 hrs to have an appointment with them 😂 this is my second time going to Emmely so this is my full review lol I'd fully thousand percent recommend her. she asked so many questions to make sure it was exactly what I wanted! When I sat down one of the first thing she asked me was what I liked and didn't like on the inspo photo I showed her, I've never been asked that anywhere else and it really helped me point out exactly how I wanted my hair to be. She showed me so many options for coliur to help me find the exact colour I wanted. I often have a hard time finding a hairdresser who does exactly what I want and have envisioned and emmely did it perfectly! So again I'd 100% recommend her.

I don’t usually go and get my hair done but I am so glad that I chose the Factory. I did quick research of salons around my area and these reviews did not lie. I was immediately greeted by name and with a smile by the front desk. I was also offered a very tasty beverage. My hair professional Emmely was not only kind and welcoming but had extensive knowledge about anything I asked her. She was an absolute gem and took her time understanding my reservations. I also picked up a wonderful hair oil that was recommended. I can’t wait to come back! 10/10 cannot recommend enough.

This was my first visit to the salon and I immediately loved the cute, welcoming space. I booked a balayage service with Julia for my very grown-out hair, and she was fantastic from start to finish. Julia is friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to communicate with. She took the time to discuss my color and cut goals, listened to what I wanted, and explained everything clearly throughout the process. I felt completely comfortable trusting her expertise. I left absolutely loving my hair. It looks beautiful, feels healthy, and turned out even better than I had hoped. I would highly recommend Julia to anyone looking for balayage or any blonding services.

It added such a nice touch and made the environment feel uplifting. I booked a partial foil service to help blend my natural grey, and the consultation was excellent from the start. Emmely was knowledgeable, listened carefully to what I wanted, and came prepared with plenty of ideas and suggestions. I felt confident in her expertise throughout the entire appointment. The end result turned out great, and I couldn’t be happier with how naturally everything blended. Beyond her technical skills, Emmely has an amazing personality and such positive energy. I genuinely enjoyed our conversations, her stories, and spent much of the appointment laughing. If you’re looking for a stylist who is talented, personable, and truly listens to her clients, I highly recommend Emmely! 😊
