I had such an amazing experience with Betty. I booked her Ultimate Massage Treatment and it honestly exceeded my expectations. She combines different techniques like deep tissue, lymphatic work, and stretching, and you can really feel how intentional everything is. She knew exactly where I was holding tension and worked through it without it ever feeling rushed or too intense. I also loved the added touches like the hot stones and scalp massage, it made the whole experience feel so complete and relaxing. I left feeling noticeably lighter, less swollen, and just overall reset. You can tell she really cares about her clients and puts a lot of thought into the treatment. Highly recommend if you want something that goes beyond a standard massage.

Betty is awesome. I get a deep tissue traditional massage with pressure point, cupping and hot stone and i feel amazing afterwards. Can't recommend her more and she always takes more time to teach you ways to better take care of yourself.
