Being new in alberta. First time at this clinic, everyone made it so welcoming.. all the staff with "brightsmile".. from receptionist (jamy) to coordinator(carly) to assistant (emily) and dentist (mark) and the other staffs..This one goes in the books for why i would recommend this place and rate it better than the 5star limit google have me max my rating with.. Everyone is so friendly and im glad we came here.. lovely and clean.. experienced it first hand. Highly recommend for everyone to see such great staff.. thank you..

I had an amazing experience at this dental clinic. The dentist is incredibly skilled, understanding, and genuinely cares about their patients. The entire team goes above and beyond—the staff are not only professional but also so friendly, polite, and even funny, which really helps make every visit comfortable and stress-free. The level of service here is truly outstanding. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for top-quality dental care. Without a doubt, it’s the best clinic I’ve ever been to, and I’ll keep coming back again and again.

My recent visit to this dental office was truly outstanding. As someone who experiences dental anxiety, I was pleasantly surprised to feel so comfortable during my appointment. From the check up day, Dr. Derek madw sure that I was comfortable, informing me of what needed to be done and my options, the staff, including those at the front desk, consistently displayed warm smiles and a welcoming attitude, showcasing their expertise in their field. Dr. Mark and Emily did an excellent job with my first root canal and crown placement, clearly explaining each step before proceeding. Overall, the experience was exceptional, and I no longer feel as anxious about visiting the dentist.

What surprised me the most is that after avoiding dental care for over a decade due to pain and past experiences, just two appointments at this clinic have completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist. I never thought I’d say this, but I’m actually NOT dreading my next visit. That shift alone says everything about the level of care here. From the very first appointment, Dr. Mark was incredibly understanding. When I became overwhelmed, he handled it immediately without making me feel embarrassed or pressured. That level of awareness meant a lot. During my cleaning, my hygienist was just as amazing. I explained my sensitivity, and she went slow, checked in often, and adjusted immediately when needed. At one point she hit a very sensitive nerve and I reacted quickly; she stopped right away, didn’t resist when I pulled back, and waited for me to be ready before continuing. I never felt not in control or rushed. I was also able to take short breaks when needed, and I didn’t feel judged at all despite how long it had been since my last cleaning. Instead, I was given realistic, manageable advice without pressure. By the end of the appointment, I actually felt better than when I came in, which I didn’t expect. If you’ve been putting off dental care because of anxiety, pain, or past experiences, this is a place where you will be treated with patience, respect, and understanding. That kind of shift in perspective isn’t something I would have ever expected. It means more than I have words for.

Just had my first appointment here and couldn't be more pleased. From the dentist (Dr. Mark Warawa) coming out and introducing himself before my appointment to the hygienist (Laedy) as well as the front staff, everyone was pleasant, professional, transparent and just great to deal with. Great office with state of the art equipment. Glad I was recommended to come here!
